Insight Family Office is an exempt non-reporting investment advisor. We invest in private VC funded secondaries, and middle market debt and equity transactions. In addition to Insight's co-investment portfolio, we invest on behalf of Family Offices, small institutions, ultra-high net worth individuals, and other special-purpose entities that qualify as QIBs (Qualified Institutional Buyers) with assets ranging from $50M to over $1B.

In addition to our interest in secondaries, for companies seeking capital, we are actively seeking debt and equity investments from $5M to $75M in the following areas:
